The darts should only be thrown in the board and should be used with caution since they have sharp, metal tips. While this game is typically used in conjunction with alcohol, it is up to the user to determine their ability to safely play with the product. There is no warranty for the product and the buyer should contact the company if it was damaged during shipping. Drink'n'Darts LLC and its owner(s) are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the product. All logos, designs, product names, and other intellectual properties related to Drink'n'Darts cannot be reused or replicated. Drink'n'Darts and its owner(s) reserve the right to change the disclosure without notice. By purchasing and/or playing the game, the user agrees to the terms listed and agrees to use the product in a safe and responsible manner.

Warnings

• The darts used in this game are metal tipped and could cause injury if not properly used. Don’t throw the darts at anything except for the game board. Please ensure all younger players are supervised during gameplay.
• Do not consume alcoholic beverages if you are not of the legal age. If you purchase this game under 21 and drink underage while playing this game, we are not liable for anything that occurs as a result of that decision. Let it be explicitly stated that if you are not of the legal drinking age, you must only use this game in conjunction with legal beverages.
• Do not drink and drive, especially after playing this game.
• Mixing alcohol with throwing darts may cause your accuracy to suffer. Know your limits and if you aren’t throwing straight, please stop and wait until your ability to throw accurately has returned.  
• We are not liable for any injuries or property damage that might occur while playing Drink’n’Darts. When used correctly and with good judgement on your ability to handle alcohol, the game carries little to no risk of these things. Have fun and make new memories, but please do this in a responsible manner.
