Due to the nature of these boards being custom-made, we are not able to offer refunds. Each board is handmade to your specifications and while your choice has impeccable taste, others might not appreciate the masterpiece you have commissioned.

However, we know that life is imperfect and that there might be some extenuating circumstance that deserves a second look. Please don't hesitate to reach out if something outside your control has happened.  After all, we believe you shouldn't be responsible if the delivery guy found a way to inadvertently crush, incinerate, or otherwise destroy your package during delivery.
